Controller: EBMWG (the “Organizer”).

Purpose: Application to be registered as a user of the website https://ebmwg-barcelona2023.mfar.online/ and/or as on-site attendee (the «Application«) to attend the event “International Bone Marrow Course and Workshop: Impact of genetic alterations on the classification of bone marrow myeloid and lymphoid neoplasms”  to be held next April 13th-15th, 2023 in Barcelona,  and also broadcasted through said website (the «Event«) organized by the Organizer; Control of the users/attendees to the Event; The sending of reminders by e-mail to users/attendees by the Organizer or the Processor containing basic information of the Event ; The sending by e-mail, to the users/attendees, of information related to other EBMWG events or other events of a scientific nature, similar to the Event, organized by the Organizer or by third parties that may be of interest to the users/attendees; Upon the end of the Event, an e-mail will be sent to the user/attendee to let them assess the quality of the Event (satisfaction survey).

Legal basis: Execution of the Application by the registration of each user/attendee (to the Event) on the website and accepting the data processing by checking the box «I have read and accept the processing of my personal data as set out in the additional information.»

Please note that if you do not provide your Personal Data (as defined in the additional information), the Application to attend the Event may not be processed.

Recipients: The Organizer, and the company engaged to organize the Event: MARKETING FARMACÉUTICO & INVESTIGACIÓN CLÍNICA, S.L., with Spanish Id. No. (“NIF”) B64093602 (the «Processor»), that will process the personal data to perform the provision of services related to the organization of the Event.

Rights: Access, rectification and erasure the data, as well as other rights that are detailed in the additional information.
